The Minutes of the last AGM were approved.

Deferred until next AGM.

Deferred until next AGM.

6. ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS

CHAIRMAN – Iain MacLeod returned as chairman, proposed by Donald MacLennan and seconded by Katrina MacLeod.

VICE-CHAIRMAN - At this point Iain MacIver proposed that status quo be upheld as regards positions of Vice-Chairman and Treasurer. Seconded by Donald MacLennan.

Constitution – Constitution adopted. Clerk to forward to Corporate Services Department, CNES.

8. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

The next AGM will be held on 9 May 2006 at 8.00pm in the Laxay Hall.
